Meet Amanda Corona, CCIFP, CPA

Amanda Corona, CCIFP, CPA is a partner at Bonadio & Co in Pittsford, NY and she took time to answer some of our questions. Get to know Amanda better! 

Q1: Where did you grow up at?

A1: Hornell. Home of Bill Pullman! Our claim to fame.

 

Q2: How did you get into accounting?

A2: I took an accounting class in high school and loved it! I entered college declaring accounting as my major and have never looked back!

 

Q3: Are you married?

A3: I married my husband, Joey, on December 31st, 2018. Having a New Year's Eve wedding was so fun and we hope to host some fun anniversary parties!

 

Q4: What do you do to unwind from work?

A4: I enjoy working out, reading, attending live music events, and watching the Bills and Yankees.

 

Q5: When did you become a CFMA member?

A5: I've been a CFMA member for as long as I can remember! As soon as I declared construction a space I wanted to dedicate to, I joined, and have been active in our local Rochester, NY chapter, since.

 

Q6: What was your first job?

A6: Scooping ice cream at the Tastee Freeze.

 

Q7: What’s your favorite holiday to celebrate?

A7: Thanksgiving - I have a big family and love getting together to celebrate with them.

 

Q8: What is your favorite part of your job?

A8: The People! I enjoy working with so many talented colleagues and clients.
