TRICIA KAGERER

Executive Vice President of Risk Management

Tricia is the Executive Vice President of Risk Management for Jordan Foster Construction and leads the risk management and safety efforts.  She previously served as a Risk Management Executive for American Contractors Insurance Group.  She is an expert on contractual risk transfer, risk financing, wrap-ups, subcontractor default insurance, claims management, conflict resolution, and safety.  Tricia holds a master’s degree in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Public Relations from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.  Her professional credentials include:

  • Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS)
  • Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
  • Associate in Claims Management (AIC)

Michael J. White

CPA, CRI CPAs and Advisors, Partner

Michael has public and private accounting and consulting experience in a wide variety of industries, including a significant focus in medical, nonprofit, governmental, construction, gaming, distribution, and retail. He also oversees small business services and internal audit services. He has assisted clients in Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance engagements, facilitated controlled documentation workshops, and assisted clients with managing and implementing internal controls. Michael has also supported companies with solving accounting issues related to payroll, payroll taxes, and sales and gross receipt tax. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  He has the following affiliations:

Brian Ricci

Director of Market Relations at Innovative Risk Management, a division of One80 Intermediaries

Brian is a 29 year veteran of the insurance industry and the Director of Marketing for Innovative Risk Management (IRM). Brian works with agencies across the US to help clients understand and potentially match them with alternative risk products.
Brian attended Angelo State University and completed a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 1996 with a major in Marketing. He received his CPCU designation in 2005 from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, and his CLU® designation in 2010 from the American College of Financial Services. 
His career in insurance began in 1993 with State Farm Insurance. He continued to work for State Farm through 2006 in a variety of management positions specializing in Catastrophe Coordination and Property & Casualty claims.
Brian joined IRM in 2011 with the responsibilities of production, broker education and new program development. Over this time, Brian has built a book across the IRM programs that is in excess of $45 million in annual written premium.
Brian is an avid trail biker and lives in McKinney, TX with his wife and two daughters.

 

William Burke - Moderator

CIC, Risk Strategies Company, Sr Vice President Insurance and Contract Surety

Will is a Senior Vice President of commercial insurance and contract surety for Risk Strategies Company (RSC) West Region. RSC is the 9th largest privately owned brokerage in the US.  Previously, he was a Managing Member of Burke Insurance Group, LLC until the agency joined with RSC in 2021.

For the past 8 years, Will’s focus has been working with construction firms through advising in risk management best practices, construction bonding and insurance solutions. He received is Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Denver, was an Aviation Electrician in the US Navy and is an active volunteer for multiple construction industry associations, including the CFMA.
