Eric Getty, Senior Vice President - Counsel, joined McGriff in 2018 after being a partner in one of the largest law firms in the southeast. Eric earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 1996 and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. At McGriff, Eric serves as a legal consultant to the surety and construction risk management teams on a variety of matters, including contract and bond form review, surety claim issues, and local, state, and federal laws pertinent to the construction industry.
Coleman Bradley, CPA
Coleman Bradley, CPA, is the Assistant Controller at Robins & Morton, a national leader in construction and engineering headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. With over five years of experience in corporate accounting and assurance, Coleman is known for his deep expertise in financial management and accounting processes within the construction industry.
Since joining Robins & Morton, Coleman has held roles of increasing responsibility, starting as a Corporate Accounting Manager before advancing to his current position. Before joining Robins & Morton, Coleman was a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP, where he developed a strong foundation in audit and assurance services for a diverse range of clients.
Coleman holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University. His professional credentials include a CPA license, which highlights his commitment to the highest standards of financial integrity and expertise.
Coleman is actively involved in the Birmingham community and maintains strong professional connections, particularly within the construction and financial industries. Ben Leaver, CPA, CCIFP
Ben Leaver is the Chief Financial Officer at Robins & Morton, where he brings over a decade of financial expertise to one of the nation's leading construction and engineering firms. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Ben has been with Robins & Morton for nearly ten years, advancing through roles as Director of Finance and Vice President of Finance before taking on the CFO position. His leadership is pivotal in steering the company’s financial strategy, risk management, and fiscal integrity.
Prior to joining Robins & Morton, Ben spent over seven years at Sellers Richardson Holman & West, where he managed complex tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements as a Senior Tax Manager. There, he worked with privately held companies and high-net-worth individuals, focusing on tax compliance, estate planning, and business consulting, primarily in manufacturing, distribution, and investment sectors.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), Ben is also Procore certified in financial management for project management at general contractors. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Auburn University.
With a strong commitment to the construction finance industry, Ben actively participates in industry events and professional organizations, including the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), where he contributes to educational sessions and networking events.
