Overview
In this course, leaders learn how to build and communicate a vision for their organization, motivate their people, manage their boss, build relationships with customers, and communicate more effectively. Featured Speakers

Kelvin Elston is the Founder & President of Epic Global Group.  Epic Global Group specializes in leadership development training.  He is a graduate of Cleveland State Community College where he earned an Associate of Science degree (Business Management) in 1985.   He then received his Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham Southern College (Management and Marketing) in 1986.   In 1999, he completed a Masters in Human Relations and Organizational Management from Cumberland University. 

Previously, Kelvin has served as the Director of the Leadership Institute at Williamson College and Director of Workforce & Community Development at Nashville State Community College.  While at NSCC he was an Associate Professor there for 16 years. He was also employed as a branch manager for Nations Credit for 10 years and as a General Manager for Hampton Inn for two years. 

Kelvin is also a certified Achieve Global & Corporate College trainer.  He has trained for some of the top companies throughout the US.  Some of his clients include Perdue Farms, Tenneco, BMI, Nissan North America, GASTITE, Primrose Schools, Misa Metals Inc., Western Foods, Association of General Contractors of Tennessee, National Council on the Aging, Affinion Group, Johnson Controls, Bridgewater Interiors, Shiloh Industries, Nashville Electric Service, Nashville Metro Government, Cracker Barrel, Krystal, McDonalds, Phillips & Jordan Construction, Caterpillar Financial, Ingram Barge, TUTCO and Shop at Home Network.
