Ofir Aberbach | Chubb Surety
Ofir is an Associate Underwriter in Chubb’s Construction Surety division, where he partners with contractors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to evaluate financial strength, assess risk, and structure surety programs that support contractors’ growth. He holds a B.S. in Business Analytics and Information Technology from Rutgers Business School – New Brunswick. Drawing on his background in business analytics, Mr. Aberbach focuses on aligning financial data with underwriting decisions to help clients position themselves for success in today’s competitive construction environment.
Matthew Hochman | Chubb Surety
Matthew is an Assistant Vice President at Chubb Surety, where he brings over seven years of experience in the New York branch, in addition to currently serving as the Vice President of CFMA NJ. He began his career in accounting before transitioning to the surety industry in April 2018. Matthew is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he earned a degree in Accounting and Finance in 2017. His background in finance, analytical skills, and commitment to client service have positioned him as a trusted professional in the surety space.
